Vibrant Color Schemes

April 14, 2017

The term vibrant here refers to the use of bright, saturated colors in their pure form. vibrant-colors-interior-design

This color scheme is diametrically opposite to achromatic color scheme. It celebrates the use of clean bright colors.

The most common way to achieve this is to go for white walls and add pops of color through furniture and furnishings. It is most commonly found in Bohemian, Eclectic, and Jungalow styles.

The main thing to keep in mind when using vibrant colors is to use them in the right proportion. These need a keen understanding of color and a masterful application. Otherwise, it can start looking like a kids playroom very quickly.
